Democratic voters are poised to turn out in big numbers for the midterm elections following the June Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade, as long as candidates take advantage of voters’ energy around the issue. “Democratic voters are dialed in,” said NBC’s Symone Sanders-Townsend. “It does not mean that Democratic voters are going to come out and vote, it means that they are susceptible to your message.”
